Online Appointment Booking
Located in the Website options, there are settings for enabling/disabling online appointment booking, automatic acceptance of online appointments, options for customers to select who they book an appointment with, and dates in advance an appointment needs to be scheduled.
- Navigate to Website > Online Appointment Booking.
- From this page you can:
- Enable Online Appointment Booking: Toggle this on to allow customers to book appointments from your website. Toggle this off to disable this feature from your website.
- Automatically accept online appointment bookings: If toggled on, appointments made on your website will be automatically accepted. If toggled off, appointments must be confirmed from your point-of-sale device in the Register app.
- Allow customers to select an employee for their appointment: If toggled on, customers can select which employee they’d like to book an appointment with. If toggled off, employees will be automatically assigned to a customer appointment.
- Dates Available for Online Booking: Set the number of days, weeks, or months in advance an appointment can be scheduled.
- When done, select Save in the top right.
Appointment Settings
Additional configuration options for appointment scheduling are available from the Appointment Settings.
- Navigate to Settings > Appointment Settings.
- From this page you can:
- Allow Appointments to be Cancelled Online: If toggled on, customers will be able to cancel their appointments from your website until the cancellation deadline which you set just below the option once enabled. If toggled off, customers cannot cancel scheduled appointments from your website.
- Appointment Reminders: Add up to two reminders (via email) to be sent to customers before their scheduled appointment. Select Add Reminder to add a new reminder.
- When done, select Save in the top right.
