*Note : Retail accounts can load previous days transactions from the Orders > Closed view up to a few thousand. Restaurant accounts can only see the current business days orders.
During an order, you're only able to print or email 1 copy of the receipt. After the order is closed, you can access the closed order to print additional receipts, email receipts, and print gift receipts.
How to print/email additional receipts:
- From the Register or Dashboard view, Tap on Orders.
- Tap Closed in the top area.
- Search and tap on the appropriate order #.
- At the bottom of the window, select from Gift Receipt, Print, and or Email.
