While an order is open, you're able to delete any items or partial payments. If an item has been sent to the kitchen, it is treated as a void instead and tracked on a void report in talech.com.
To delete an item or payment:
- From the register view, look at the receipt field on the right hand side.
- Find the item or payment and swipe it to the left with your finger.
- Tap on the red Delete or Void box.
- If you're deleting a payment or an item that was sent to the kitchen, a window prompt will popup with additional steps to complete the request.
