Overview: While an order is open, you're able to delete any items or partial payments. If an item has been sent to the kitchen, it is treated as a void instead and tracked on a void report in talech.com.
How to Delete an Item or Payment:
Step 1: From the register view, look at the receipt field on the right-hand side.
Step 2: Find the item or payment and swipe it to the left with your finger.
Step 3: Tap on the red Delete or Void box.
Step 4: If you're deleting a payment or an item that was sent to the kitchen, a window prompt will pop up with additional steps to complete the request.
