If the talech integration tool does not find any receipts at the download stage, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Check your login credentials
- Open up Quickbooks and click on company.
- Click on talech integration utility.
- click on settings.
- Click on the Authenticate and wait for an authenticate screen.
- If you receive an error, please re-enter your login credentials in the username and password.
- If you cannot find or have lost your login credentials, please use the forgot my password link to reset your password. https://www.talech.com/#/forgot_password.

- Once you have re-entered your credentials and received a success, click on save.
- Retry importing your receipts.
Reinstall the plugin with the latest version
- Click on the link to find the latest version: https://www.talech.com/#!/support/203701715
- Save it on your desktop.
- Close any instances of Quickbooks, including any sync utility.
- Click on start menu and on the search bar.
- Type the word “Uninstall A Program” and click on uninstall a program.
- Then search for “talech QuickBooks Integration”
- Select Talech QuickBooks Integration and click on the Uninstall button.
- Follow the prompts to uninstall the Plugin.
- Once the plugin is uninstalled look for the downloaded QuickBooks Plugin on your desktop or where it was saved.
- Right click and select Extract. (please take note of the extracted location).
- Search for the extracted file. and Right click on Talech QuickBooks integration.
- Select Run as administration.
- Follow the prompts to reinstall the plugin.
- After installation finishes, right click on Quickbooks and run as administrator.
- Click on company then talech Quickbooks integration, then settings.
- Make sure the settings has your login credentials and the items filled in.
- Attempt another import.
