Sometimes your printer settings need adjusting to be able to print the bar codes and assign them correctly on the labels, if an is issue occurs here is how you can resolve it.

First, make sure that you have purchased one of our supported label sheets for your printer.

Printing correctly can depend on your operating system's application. In order to open the pdf that talech.com generates you should use google chrome pdf viewer.
If you have not yet generated the bar codes then please follow these steps: Printing Barcode Labels from talech.com
a. Once the pdf has been downloaded open the pdf in the Google Chrome pdf viewer - it should look like the image below below:
b. Select the Print icon as above.
c. Click on the section as highlighted below, this will bring you to your devices printer settings.
d. Set the page size to 'Actual' and not 'Fit' - please note that this box may look different to your system but it should have the same options.
e. Ensure that your printer is set to print on A4 paper - the size you are printing.
