This article refers to updating the owner name, email, PIN and phone number on-file for the business owners talech account. To update the business name please refer to Customizing receipt message & business info. To update non-owner users please see Creating & Editing Employees.
To update the account owner information:
- Sign into talech.com
- Click on your name in the top right of the screen
- Click on 'Account Settings'
- Edit your information, then click the Save button.
Please note: For security purposes, talech cannot change this information for you in most cases. If you are locked out of your account due to a prior employee being listed as the owner, there are ways to correct this by first authenticating you. Please contact talech Support if this is the case.
