A few helpful things to know Before scheduling a Demo:
- Demos are often scheduled back to back, so please be courteous of the time you've selected
- Demos are performed via GoToMeeting. Please have the GoToMeeting installed and ready prior to your meeting start time.
- The GoToMeetings are for potential Merchants, that Do Not already use talech
- For best results, it's recommended to attend the demos via a Computer or iPad. Phone screens are often considered too small.
Step by Step Instructions on How to Schedule a Demo:
Step 1: Go to the demo schedule website for your Sales Organization (If you do not have your link, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-888-995-1998, let them know your Sales Organization, and they will provide the correct link).
Step 2: Select the Merchant's timezone.
Step 3: Available demo dates and times will be displayed. Choose an available date/time that works for you and your Merchant.
Note: It is recommended you join the Merchant on the call in case there are pricing questions.
Step 4: Fill in the required information fields
Note: The confirmation email will only be sent to the first email address. If you are the rep, you will receive the confirmation email and you will need to forward it to your customer
Step 5: Once the potential customer has received the email, all that's left is to show up for the demo. The confirmation email contains meeting:
- Date and time
- GoToMeeting ID
- Call-in number if VoIP is not sufficient
Step 6: If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule the meeting, there is a cancel/reschedule link in the confirmation email. Simply "declining" the meeting will not remove it from the calendar.
