Synchronization between your talech account and other services via OneSaas requires mapping of relevant objects between each service.
When connecting an eCommerce platform to talech through OneSaas, the mapping must be as follows:

A note about taxes
For eCommerce stores there are typically multiple tax rates to serve any place where orders may be shipped by the online store. If these orders are to be synchronized into talech, those tax rates must have equivalent rates configured in talech, even if those rates are not normally used by the brick-and-mortar store where talech is used.
Any failure to configure the above mappings will result in errors during sync. Orders will not be updated into talech as a result. To diagnose a sync issue in OneSaas, begin by finding out what the error is. In the following screenshots, you will see an error is displayed in the OneSaas portal via the talech website. By navigating through the portal you can see that this example shows an incorrect mapping of tax rates:
