If an item has been entered into the order field incorrectly and requires editing (ex: Wrong add ons entered), there are 2 options:
- You can remove the item from the order and re-enter
- You can tap on the item in the order field
and edit the Add Ons & Exclusions
If the items has already been fired to the kitchen, you can still make adjustments to an item; however, the system will not notify the kitchen of these changes. You will need to inform the kitchen manually.
Note: If you forgot to add a paid add-on when sending an item to the kitchen but need to ensure the customer is billed correctly, editing an item within an Order is the best practice.
