This article will provide guidance on How to Transfer an Order to a coworker if needed. For example, If you are going on a Break or Finishing a shift, but still have open orders that are not ready to be closed, you can transfer your orders to another employee.
Note: If you Do Not have Transfer Order permissions enabled, this function will not work. You will need a Manager/Admin Approval, or have them transfer your orders for you.
How to Transfer your Orders:
Step 1: Open the order you wish to transfer
Step 2: Tap on the Server name (At the top of the order)
Step 3: Select which Employee will receive the transfer (The server name will change)
Step 4: Tap Save
Step 5: A confirmation screen will appear to complete the transfer.
Note: If you're Clocking-out and you have not transferred order, you may be required to transfer your orders prior to clocking out. This will depend on settings.
