The Employees section includes several summaries which show revenue, sales volume and hours for your staff. The reports provide an at-a-glance summary of completed hours that can be exported for more detail. You’ll also get an in-depth view of employee sales over the selected time range. The Labor Cost report provides a view of the overhead cost of wages in terms of the percentage of revenue over the selected time range. Each of the reports provide more detail by clicking on the blue button with the down arrow on the top right.

The Sales by Employee report provides an overview of sales revenue for your staff. This report is beneficial for seeing revenue generated over a given time period. It shows gross and net revenue, as well as total collected. It will also include totals for any discounts or refunds processed.
The Products Sold by Employee report provides a summary of products sold by each person based on volume. It’ll show a list of products sold for each person during the range selected, which includes refunds and the product’s remaining quantity.
Viewing the Labor Cost report provides a quick view into how much wages paid to employees compare to revenue by percentage. It will show the estimated wages and any overtime. On the far right you’ll see the percentage of revenue going towards Labor Cost. The range can be set for one day or for several days.
The Time Sheet report shows all the shifts for your staff over the selected time period. It’ll display their clocked times, total hours and revenue. The details further down on the page include credit card tips received during their shift. The shifts can be edited by scrolling down to the employee and clicking on the blue pencil icon to the far right. If they missed clocking in for some reason, you can also click on the + button to add a shift. There’s also more hourly info obtained in the exported spreadsheet by clicking on the blue button with the down arrow on the top right, which includes additional overtime, wage and gratuity info.
