With talech Online Ordering, Restaurants/Quickserve and Retail can now accept orders online. talech Online Ordering offers three options for handling orders placed online.
- Manual approval: any order placed must be reviewed and accepted by a member of your staff
- Auto-approve: orders are automatically approved but must be manually sent to kitchen for preparation
- Auto-send to kitchen: orders are auto-approved and sent to kitchen when needed.
Please check your maximum prep time in talech.com > Settings > Online Ordering. This time will determine when talech will send an order to the kitchen.
NEW Special Instructions:
Ensure you view any "Special Instructions" provided by your customer.
Your customers now have the ability to leave the merchant "Special Instructions" on how they want their order to be delivered, such as leaving orders at the door steps, etc. Or "Special Instructions" on the order they have placed online.
