In the Inventory section of talech Register > Back Office > Inventory, view item quantities and see all changes to Inventory levels for a particular product. Additionally, you can get a list of all orders in which a particular product was sold. Last, you can issue a refund for an item from the order detail screen.
Note: This is available to Premium accounts ONLY.
To view the Inventory Log Go to talech Register > Back Office > Inventory.
Select the item to bring up the detailed transaction history. Use the Date selector to adjust the time period you want to view.
Use the filter "All Actions" to view all types of entries or only one.
If the entry is a Sale, an arrow appears on the right of the entry. Tap on the row to bring up that order.
Refunding an Order
After tapping on a Sale entry, the closed order view appears.
