This article will provide guidance if you are receiving an error that you cannot self enable Online Ordering. You may see a specific error “Error too many products cannot enable.” Follow the guide below for an example and further instructions.
This error occurs due to talech automatically limiting the number of products Online Ordering accounts can have. To avoid any issues with performance or negative experience to your customers ordering online, talech has a limit of 2500 products that can be displayed on the online ordering page.
If you are seeing this issue, you will need to limit the number of products that are available on your online ordering account. You can do this by turning off the categories listed in your online ordering settings.
|Note: this only applies to the products listed on your online ordering page, turning off the categories in the online ordering settings will not affect the products visible in your register.|

Go to Settings
View and toggle off possible categories.
How to see the number of products per category.
You can find out the number of products a category has by viewing the categories section in the products tabs.
To find this section follow these steps:
Go to Categories
Note: The column on the right will show you the number of products you have per category. From there you will be able to identify what products you have associated with your categories. This will give you a better idea of what categories/products can be edited.
