How to Create an Account & Verify Email
Step 1. To get started you will go to Stripe.com and click on Start Now to begin creating your Stripe account.
Step 2. Then continue to fill out All of the required fields to begin creating your account.
The following details are required:
Step 3. You will then receive an email from Stripe <firstname.lastname@example.org> to confirm your email address.
If you are not receiving the email from Stripe reference this support article for guidance.

NOTE: Please know you won't be able to continue until you confirm your email address.
Step 4. Once your email is verified you will see a confirmation box from Stripe.com website confirming it was successfully completed.
Proceed to the Activate Stripe Account to continue with the activation of your account.
|Now it's time to activate your account. Activating your stripe account is easy. During the activation Stripe will verify the information you’ve submitted to them and go through their approval process which only takes moments to complete.
To Get Started follow the instructions below.
Step 1. To start activating your account login to your Stripe account to complete activation steps.
Step 2. Once you are logged into your Stripe account select Activate your Stripe Account.
Step 3. In this step you will need to complete All forms and answer all questions to submit for activation of your Stripe account.
Step 4. Your account will then go through their approval process.
Often this takes a few moments to get processed. However if there is any delay or if you have any questions on Stripes approval process. Feel free to take a look at the Stripe Help article that goes over their approval process.

NOTE: Please know you won't be able to continue further until their account is activated. You can expect just a few moments for a status update.

How to acquire your Stripe API keys
In order to use Stripe payments to take payments online on your talech Online Ordering account or your House Account, you will need to generate 2 API keys from your Stripe account and email it to our talech support team.
The API keys will allow talech to communicate to your Stripe account to authorize payments online. Below we provide the API keys you need to email as well as a screenshot to see where you can locate these two keys. See below.

Step 1. Login to your Stripe account at https://stripe.com
Step 2. Then from your stripe homepage, click on the "Get your live API keys" option. To Generate your Stripe API Keys.
Step 3. Click on the reveal option.
Step 4. Once you see the key, please copy the key on to a notepad or a drafted email. Please label this key as your Secret key in your email email@example.com.
Note: Once the secret key is revealed, you will not be able to reveal the same key again.
Step 5. After you have copied your secret key, you will be able to see your Publishable key. Please label your key as a Publishable key on your email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
