*Note: USB permissions MUST be enabled as *default* for your card reader to function properly over time.
Follow these instructions to enable the USB permissions. This happens upon detecting the card reader for the first time:
Step 1. From the talech dashboard, go into the register tab.
Step 2. Select any product to start the order.
Step 3. Select pay on the bottom right side of the screen. Then select Credit and Start Payment.
Step 4. Upon detecting the card reader for the first time. You will be asked to enable USB permissions.
Step 5. Select "Use by default" and then hit OK.
Step 6. It should now be able to detect the reader and display the message "insert, swipe or tap".
Step 7. If this displays with no issue, then you can cancel the payment and delete the order. If you have any issues see the note below.
If you receive an error or the card reader detection is stuck spinning for over 60 seconds. Go into your moby settings and go to "apps and notifications" then "register". Once in the register settings, select Force Stop then go back to the register app and try another payment. If you still continue to have the issue please give a call to our support line at 888-995-1998.
