The contactless dining enhancements are built into our existing Online Ordering platform and you MUST have Online Ordering in order to take advantage of these features.

In this article, we will provide guidance on "How to enable and set up for Contactless Dining.
How to enable Contactless Dining:
From talech.com you will have an option within Online Ordering settings to enable "Prompt customer to select order type on homepage". This setting prompts the Modal for customers to be prompted to select an order type when creating a new order online.
Go to talech.com > Online Ordering > Order Types > Enable ON > Save
Order Type Settings:
Merchants can create and/or edit Order Types within the talech Register. From talech Register go to Back Office > Settings > Order Types.
- Merchants can create a New Order Type by selecting the blue plus button
- Merchants can Edit an Order Type.
- Choose a Color for the Order Type.
- Tax Type
- Order Settings: (Require Customer Name, Require Table, Require Guest Count).
