The list provided below are all routers that have known issues and are currently blacklisted from our support. Since they are known to cause both persistent, random and potentially severe issues with our hardware/software. Certain hardware can be more affected than others, such as the iPP320 and iCT250. See below the list for our other recommended router solutions.

If you have one of the following routers that is outside our scope of support. We recommend you contact your ISP immediately for a replacement or another solution. Additionally, if you wish to have different solution. We recommend the Pronto PC30 Router. You will need to have a network/it technician install it first. Once installed, you will need to contact talech and our teams will be able to configure the rest. If you are unsure whether you meet the network requirements, a qualified technician should be able to tell you if the Pronto is necessary in order to provide the basic conditions contained in this ARTICLE.
