Once you have signed up for talech invoices through your USBank Online Banking Dashboard (OLB), you will need to configure your talech invoices before you can start using them. This is an easy process and shouldn’t take more than a few minutes, after which you will be ready to earn some money.
To configure your invoicing, you will need to;
- Set up your taxes
- Enable online payments
- Upload your logo (Optional)
To get to your talech account from your OLB dashboard simply click on go to your talech account
This will bring you to the Invoices section of your talech account.
From here choose Settings from the top navigation bar.
In settings choose Taxes from the left side navigation bar.
Here you can set up the applicable taxes for your product or service. When setting up your tax ensure to enable it for Payment Type under the Category section. This will be necessary to have the tax display on your invoice.
Once you have set up your taxes, you will need to enable your online payments option to accept invoice payments directly.
To do this stay within Settings in the top navigation bar and choose Invoices from the left navigation bar. Here you will see the option to Accept Online Payments. Ensure that this is toggled to the ON position.
From this screen you can also set your invoice details and any note that you would like to appear on your invoices.
Lastly, if you would like to customize your invoices, you can do so by uploading your logo or header.
